[xmlblaster] Problem getting chat demo to run

I'm trying to get this chat demo up and running and I get this error
message when I start it up on both a Windows machine and a Linux
machine.  I've set my JAVA_HOME, CLASSPATH and XMLBLASTER_HOME to no
avail.  I've also got the server running.  What gives?
