Hi Peter,
make sure you have installed TAO correctly. Copy 
$XMLBLASTER_HOME/build.properties into your home directory. Edit the 
copy to match your configuration. Here it seems that you have to 
uncomment and edit your $CORBACPP_HOME property to point to your TAO.
