I ran into the following interesting XPATH behavior.

a subscription to 
 /xmlBlaster/key/foo[((bar/name='1') and (bar/time > 1054159013513))]

returns for a single subscription two update calls with identical
messages on the client.

 /xmlBlaster/key/foo[(bar/name='1') and (bar/time > 1054159013513)]

does that right thing and just returns a single update call.

Is this correct XPATH behavior ? If not, do people use alternative
xpath parsers ?
