[xmlblaster-devel] Removed org.jutils dependency

as the org.jutils package is not maintained anymore by its maintainer
we have removed all dependency on org.jutils in xmlBlaster,
the jutils.jar is not needed anymore.

If you have code depending on it please port it.
You can download the latest jutils package from

   http://www.xmlblaster.org/jutils.jar

if you decide to further depend on it.
The source code remains available at

 svn://www.xmlBlaster.org/trunk/jutils
