[xmlblaster-devel] Reopend admin.command requirement

Hi folks,

we have opened the requirement

http://www.xmlblaster.org/xmlBlaster/doc/requirements/admin.commands.html

again, the XML markup of the internal structure
of an xmlBlaster server has changed.
Step by step the code will be ported to suit this new internal structure.

This redesign has impact mainly on configuration like

 o administrative interface (JMX, telnet)
 o property file
 o and command line syntax
 o QoS XML markup

This goes in conjunction with the current
redesign of the client library to embed the
new queue framework AND with the runlevel redesign
which supports configurable maintenance modes of xmlBlaster.
