addition to c++ testsuite

I added a new test for a c++ client using POA. I put it in $(XMLBLASTER)/testsuite/c++ and changed the name of the former client.cc to clientBOA.cc. Additionally I added a Makefile (Makefile.ORBACUS) for ORBACUS (4.0b2) but I got an exception when running it. I could not find out the reason of this. If somebody is intressed please have a look at it.
