ConnectQos.setPersistent(true):
Now your login session is persisted. On xmlBlaster server restart
the session is loaded early in Runlevel 2.
Like this, for example persistent subscriptions are available and 
incoming messages where
the subscription matches are collected even that the real client has not
yet connected.

PublishQos.setPersistent(true):
The message published will survive any crash/power loss/shutdown of any 
involved client or server.
