Dear Attilio,

i haven't tried this, but please check that your xmlBlaster.properties 
contains something similar to

JdbcDriver.drivers=com.sybase.jdbc2.jdbc.SybDriver:com.sybase.jdbc.SybDriver

and take the MicrosoftSQLServer (in xmlBlaster.properties) settings as a 
base for your own specialized customization.
