Hi Arghad,

any JMX capable monitoring tool will do this.

If you don't want/need an external tool please use the jconsole, see

futher you can very simple define your own customized HTML pages for 
monitoring,
in the current svn Heinrich has even added support to set all JMX 
values  from HTML pages,
