the C client library API is now generated with doxygen and is online available at

  http://www.xmlblaster.org/xmlBlaster/doc/doxygen/c/html/index.html

The C++ client API was updated as well:

  http://www.xmlblaster.org/xmlBlaster/doc/doxygen/cpp/html/index.html
