Yes.
"or xmlblaster is restarted" is true for transient subscribes (the default).
For persistent subscribes your subscribe() survives an xmlBlaster
shutown+restart or an xmlBlaster crash or a computer crash.

In other words, with this configuration, the client onlys need to successfully subscribe once in order for the its session callback queue to be maintained?
