Try this:

build c-delete cpp-delete
build c
build cpp

COMPILE_SOCKET_PLUGIN = 1

It compiles the CORBA and the SOCKET protocol
(on of it is usually enough).

If you set XMLBLASTER_PERSISTENT_QUEUE to 0 you
don't need the sqlite stuff.
