[xmlblaster] what's the meaning of sys_login and sys_logout queue?

Hi. i am using the xmlblaster. I am puzzled by the sys_login and 
sys_logout queue in the
database. 
     the sys_user_list contains the users have been logged into the 
system.
      and what's the meaning of sys_login and sys_logout?
