[xmlblaster] c++ program terminate abnormal!

I use the newest verion of XmlBlaster 848
I use the ORBacus 4.0.5 and run in windows200.

the c++ demo HelloWorld2 and other demo have the same problem:
when it terminate ,it reports "Runtime error : abnormal program termination"!!

what's wrong with the c++??
