[xmlblaster] Announce xmlBlaster release 0.80

Saluti,

xmlBlaster release 0.80 is out.

There are many changes and enhancements, e.g.

- C++ client CORBA extensions and Windows port
- J2EE support and jboss integration
- The SOCKET protocol is now considered production stability
- PHP and Perl client demo code
- many bug fixes

They main reason for this release is to
get people using the newest code.
We will maintain a stable 0.80x branch containing
only bug fixes.

The testsuite runs fine, there shouldn't be
too many serious bugs.
