A client can delete key with XPath, but today, you can't XPath querying Qos. And timeout of messages is encoded in the Qos...

Any nasty trick is allowed, since this is obsolete in some weeks. This killer client could subscribe as all others do, put the messages in a TreeMap sorted by expiry and then erase() the old messages.
