[xmlblaster] Documentation

Hi,

our documentation is still a disaster.
Two years ago is started with docbook,
but decided it is too complicated to find
out about all those xml tags.

Now, i still havn't found a solution
how to easily create documentation which

 -> creates nice pdf
 -> creates nice html
    (left a frame with the chapters, right the text)
 -> which allows future layouts
 -> which is XML based :-)

Possibly we should set up DocBook support with
build.xml, and go for DocBook.
