I can reproduce the same error here.

Locally it runs fine using the nameserver, from a remote
machine it fails.

I don't know the reason, can your for the bug being use
the internal IOR download from xmlBlaster:

   jaco javaclients.corba.ClientSub  -iorHost 172.30.10.1
