New: xmlBlaster Control Panel

Hi,

in cvs you find a new version of xmlBlaster.

If you start xmlBlaster with a GUI:

    jaco org.xmlBlaster.MainGUI

there will popup a new designed control panel.

It allows to:

 - control the logging level on the fly

 - query xmlBlaster with XPath
   (the history of queries are accessible with key up/down)

 - Monitor messages/second performance of publish(), get()
   and update() in a grafical fill level bar.
