[xmlblaster-devel] xmlBlaster C++ client: update of 'boost'

Hi,

the xmlBlaster cvs contains now the newest boost (future standard C++) 
headers
from today cvs of http://www.boost.org (2002-Aug-21).

Only the currently used boost parts are included.

The update was necessary to support compiling with the newest
g++ 3.1.1
The older g++ 2.9x is still supported.

Compiling xmlBlaster C++ clients with the
newest xerces C++ xml parser 2.0 runs fine as well.

Hopefully Visual C++ does not complain,
