[xmlblaster-devel] URI instead of SOAP (or RCP)

Hi,

this article summarizes many topics which
are important for our MoM of universe
(well, i do believe so):

Particularly with the new cluster features, a unique
naming schema is necessary for xmlBlaster.
PtP needs a global addressing schema as well.

I think we should go the URI way.
