New org.jutil package #2

I forgot to mention:

You need to set the new variable JUTIL_HOME, currently to

   export JUTIL_HOME=${XMLBLASTER_HOME}

to compile with make.

If you use .bashrc, this is done for you,
you just need to login again after the cvs update.
