Databse Adapter Code

Ok, forgive me.  I renamed the package structures for the db adapter
code.
Marcel suggested I use org.xmlBlaster.protocol.jdbc instead of
org.xmlBlaster.jdbc, and I moved the pool code to
org.xmlBlaster.util.pool.jdbc

I also moved the testclient code underneath of demo/javaclients/jdbc and
the dtd under src/dtd.

Hopefully these are pretty permanent resting places.

This is all commited in CVS so please do an update.

A message describing how to use the db adapter code will be following.
